Summer Reading 2017

Holiday Weekend has arrived and it’s time to jump into my summer reading pile. I’m an eclectic reader so there isn’t a specific genre I go for. I don’t care what you call a book, I just love a good story. Often, my mood is what makes my hand gravitate to one book or another. Keep in mind, I HAVE NOT read any of these books. I choose books for a few reasons–reviews, book blurbs, or recommendations. My monthly book club always throws in some unexpected reads.

This list is not in order. When I said I pick books based on my mood, I meant it. Since that changes frequently, I never know what I’ll pick up next.

THE MAP THAT LEADS TO YOU by J.P. Monninger (out now)

HOLLYWOOD HOMICIDE by Kellye Garrett (release date August 8)

THE WEEKENDERS by Mary Kay Andrews (out now)

THE SILENT ONES by Ali Knight (out now)

INTO THE WATER by Paula Hawkins (out now)

THE TRESPASSER by Tana French (out now)

UNRAVELING OLIVER by Liz Nugent (release date August 22)

THE LEAVERS by Lisa Ko (out now)

THE ALICE NETWORK by Kate Quinn (release date June 6)

THE GOOD DAUGHTER by Karen Slaughter (release date August 22)

What are you reading this summer? Is there a gem you’ve found that I NEED to read?
